KeraSoy Pillar Blend (4120) is a blend specially developed for the production of pillar candles and wax tarts. It is suitable for further mixing with oil-soluble perfumes and dyes.
KeraSoy Pillar Blend requires no additives other than the scent and color required by the candle manufacturer.
Fragrance: KeraSoy Pillar was designed for fragrance levels between 5 and 10%.
Preheating: Preheating can take place at approximately 45 to 50°C.
Melting: Temporary high temperatures (60°C to 90°C) have no adverse effects as long as the wax is cooled quickly.
Pouring: Pouring can occur at a temperature of approximately 55-65°C.
Cooling of candles: Candles should be left to stand for 48 hours.
