Wick CD 8/Stablio 6"

Stabilo wicks, also known as CD wicks, are flat braided, coreless, non-directional wicks with a special paper filament woven around them. This configuration is designed to promote maximum and consistent capillary action while providing a wick cutting flame posture . The Stabilo (CD) series is used in many candle making applications and is particularly compatible with more difficult to melt viscous vegetable waxes, such as soy wax.

Our CD 8 / Stabilo series wicks are primed in a high melting point natural wax, are pre-cut to 6" in length and feature a 20mm round tab with a 6mm neck.

Note: We recommend experimenting with new wick sizes when modifying existing candle recipes or making new candles. Burning characteristics can be altered by changes in wax, fragrance oil, colorant, and/or additives, which could result in a different optimum wick size for the same diameter candle.
